To trade in alignment with institutional order flow, analysts must shift from asking "is this oversold?" to asking "where is the next resting pool of liquidity?"
By combining order book depth heatmaps, volume point of control (VPOC) nodes, and real-time cumulative volume delta (CVD), traders can identify when aggressive market participants are being absorbed by large passive limit orders, offering high-probability asymmetric risk-to-reward setups.
